Professional experience
Desirée joined Hoet & Partners during 2019. She is an Associate – Coordinator of the Foreign Trademarks Department. She previously worked as Assistant Attorney in the Changes of Ownership and Renewals Department of the firm Bolet & Terrero. Also, as Junior Lawyer at the firm Tehar, S.A. where she worked in the areas of trademarks, patents and copyrights, foreign investments, trademark licensing agreements and technical assistance and technology transfer; and as Legal Assistant in the Corporate Law Department of the firm Travieso, Evans, Arria, Rengel & Peace.
