Professional Experience
Joaquín joined Hoet & Partners in 2012 and became partner in 2016. He worked for many years in an renowned law firm in the USA, where he gained a valuable international perspective. He started his professional career in 2004 and has worked in other well-known intellectual property firms in Venezuela. He is a current member of the Famous Well-Known Marks Committee of INTA, as well as as member of the Patents Committee of ASIPI.
